In 1985, Peter Deal and Paul McCubbin formed Sterling Thermal, bringing together a wealth of experience gained from working in the insulation industry.
From the beginning, the company was split into two distinct halves allowing the directors to specialise in their individual areas while co-ordinating their efforts to continually improve customer service.
Peter Deal, with many years of practical site knowledge, co-ordinates the contracts side, continually liaising with the work force, customer and other allied trades to ensure a quality job that is finished on time.
Paul McCubbin, with an office-based focus, concentrates on the estimating, sales and technical aspects.
